Apple is suing a start up company like an idiot

you know what bullshit? a big company suing a small company for having a SIMILAR logo to them. that is what Apple is currently doing, Apple is now suing Prepear for using a logo that is completely different from its logo but guess what? they thought that Prepear is violating the copyright law just because the person who founded Prepear decided to use fruit as their logo. you know at the end of the day big companies always win when it comes to the legal lawsuit no matter how stupid their lawsuit is because why? simple it's because they have both the money and the lawyer to defend them.

Apple, being the scummiest company decided to go after a start-up company is nothing new. Microsoft is doing the same thing as Apple. but unlike Apple Microsoft, on the other hand, sues Linux, yes that's right a community that dedicated themselves to create a free distribution operating system. the reason why Microsoft sues Linux is because of a patent war. basically some parts of Linux itself look similar to the parts from windows.

No matter how stupid the lawsuit is the big company will always win that's just how it is. in the case of Apple vs Prepear, apple will most likely win because Apple has more money and more lawyer to defend them. so let's take a look at what is the thing that got Apple so triggered about.

the REASON why Apple is suing PrePear is because of the logo. both logos are a fruit. this would have made so much sense if PrePear is using an apple fruit, the one that Apple is currently using but nope. Apple decided to sue PrePear because of "copyright infringement". which is major bullshit because the PrePear logo doesn't even remind people of Apple except for the apple fanboys a.k.a the apple sheep.

You know at the end of the day, big company especially big tech company will always win when it comes to stupid lawsuits. like I said before this isn't new at all. another example is that Microsoft once sued a teenager for creating a website called MikeRoweSoft.com just because it sounds familiar. the domain of the website was sold and bought by Microsoft and you can still visit his new website called mikeRoweWorks.org but still, something like this shouldn't be possible, it should be illegal to falsely sue someone
