after glaDOS alerted chell and gordon freeman in the aperture mesa facility, both gordon and chell spring to action. multiple sets of teams at aperture mesa create elaborate and sophisticated machinery to digitize and transfer gordon and chell's existence in the cyber world. from there, they see a team of AIs working together to sabotage aperture mesa's systems and networks. gordon and chell attack those AIs, first gordon attack clu and then chell attack quorra. after some fierce and intense rivalry from both sides, the battle ended up in a stalemate.

the AIs from encom wonders why they need to infiltrate and sabotage aperture mesa's system so quorra approaches gordon with a friendly intention.

"hi! you must be gordon right?" said quora

"yes i am gordon" said gordon freeman

"say, i wonder why us AIs are sent to sabotage your systems? got any clue?" said quorra

"oh i can tell you why, do you want to know?" said gordon freeman

"yeah, sure" said quorra

"it's because your owner doesn't want us to compete in the computing market, even though we compete with encom in a fair way" said gordon freeman

"ohh, so what you are saying is, is that we have been manipulated?" said quorra

"yes, absolutely yes" said gordon freeman

after the problematic duel, they settled in for peace. gordon, chell, tron, clu, quorra, zuse contacted glaDOS to get them out of the digital space. hearing the contact those people made, glaDOS informed the teams that the battle has been done.

after the AIs from encom, gordon, and chell escaped from the cyber world, they have a delightful conversation with one another. by that time, it was already nighttime. gordon, chell, and the rest of the AIs have no choice but to sleep through the night at the research facility. all of them have a lovely dinner at the facility, and they understand each other very well. gordon, chell, and the encom AIs exchange their own secrets about their companies (encom and aperture mesa). after dinner, they went to sleep.

the next day, morning arrives. the encom AIs, gordon, and chell agreed that in order for aperture mesa and encom to establish peace, both companies need to cooperate. so gordon contacted Richard Macke, the ceo of encom for a cooperation and trade agreement. at first, he rejected the offer but over time he accept the deal. after so many years, both companies went in different directions.

since black mesa is a US government agency and aperture science is a private enterprise that has decided to merge with each other, it become US's official technology research and development center and it created another branch in US's federal executive departments. meanwhile, encom become one of the world's most dominant hardware manufacturers. encom produces not only hardware for laptops, PCs, phones, etc but they also distribute their OS too.

gordon freeman and chell have now married and chell gave birth to a daughter and a son. both of them established a strong family. meanwhile, the encom AIs build magnificent megastructures in their cyber world. tron fell in love with quorra so both of them married each other just like gordon and chell. the AIs established a family of their own.

sometimes, gordon, chell and encom AIs have a lovely familly visit. encom AIs, chell and gordon have closed relations and both of them are close friends.
