The early 2000’s PC gaming nostalgia known as GameHouse

Back in the early 2000’s, great games get pumped out daily. now i’m not a console gamer but i’m a PC gamer so my level of expertise on PC games is excellent compared to console games. so gamehouse came along for windows XP and i have to say, it’s a great to have one of those GameHouse disc. GameHouse for those who don’t know is a collection of excellent games packed into one disc. it was available today for free, you can get it on those pirate/torrent sites. so….. let us sit back and chillax while we take a look at some of the finest games from the GameHouse library.

Air strike 3d 2 gulf thunder

Air sstrike 3d 2 gulf thunder

Air strike 3d 2 gulf thunder is my all-time

The reason was because often times the levels look the same. Now the gulf thunder version is the sequel to the operation W.A.T version. Funny enough, the operation W.A.T version is more fun to play because it have variety of weapons to collect, the special power ups are complete (yes, the developer of the sequel forgot to add some of the special power up), there is also a variety of helicopters to choose from, and the number of levels isn’t too much. But still, it is a great game to pick up and play (if you still have the cd-rom of the game, otherwise just buy the damn thing online).

Platypus

Platypus game

Platypus as a whole is the most creative game ever made in my opinion. The graphics it self was made entirely by clay. Not to mention, the background it self is really realistic. If you take a look at the background while playing platypus, you’ll notice that the background is multilayered. This is the charm platypus have that no other games have. The level design on platypus is simply unique.

The objective of the game is to shoot as many enemies as you can. The power ups include 5 stars. Each stars will give you different power up. The red star

Ricochet

Ricochet the lost world

Aahhhhh, what do we have here, a great game that came in the right place at the right time. Ricochet is nothing more than a breakout clone. I mean, don’t get me wrong, the game is fun as hell. There’s a variety of levels in the game and the game it self has a multiple versions. For the game play, it’s your typical average breakout clone.

That’s all for today folks
