back in the '90s, Microsoft is doing what we can consider being a major monopoly, but guess what? other companies starting to do the same thing as Microsoft. even Microsoft to this day doesn't even care about what they did in the mid-'90s. companies like Apple, Facebook, google, amazon, and Microsoft is the prime example of a monopoly or in this case anarcho-capitalism. so the real question is.... how, how does the monopoly craze has started.
Bill gates once write and publish a book about monopoly and market domination and guess who picked it up and buy it? if you guess it was mac Zuckerberg then you are correct. even if Microsoft has retired from its disgusting monopolistic ways, these 4 jerks are doing the same thing as Microsoft. how do they monopolize a technology market share? simple, they steal and spy on your personal information. if you use google search engine, google will actively spies on you. recording every single shit from you is what big tech companies are really good at.
now say it with me, if the product is free then you are the product. heck even if you did purchase the product you are still treated like a product. you might say, "haha lol like I don't have to use their service, that should fix the problem" well guess what? even if you don't use their services they STILL spy on you. they record every movement you make offline. if you use their phone then they know where you are based on the location of your phone. even if you put your phone on airplane mode google can still spies on you no matter what.
Amazon, on the other hand, doing a monopoly on the business. they crushed start-up companies like it was nothing. little known fact that Amazon has already bankrupted multiple start-up companies, making it almost impossible for any company to start their business.
Facebook is far worse, now facebook formed a tech cartel. basically, facebook buys every single service out there. and when you ask facebook why they buying out every single service and doing monopoly, Facebook will simply reply you can find any service out there on the internet that wasn't owned or made by us which is a lot of nonsense since almost every service is owned by Facebook either through purchasing the service or creating their own version of that service. what kind of service you may ask? well, it could be just about anything. for example, WhatsApp, once the most popular messaging app out there has already been purchased by Facebook. basically what this means is that Facebook doesn't like Whatsapp getting popular, seeing Whatsapp gaining popularity is a threat to Facebook ecosystem. so they bought it.
now the most notable action taken from these big tech monopoly is google buying out duckduckgo. why google is purchasing duckduckgo? simple it's because they don't want duckduckgo to compete. now duckduckgo started to gain popularity due to the fact that people are worried about their personal data. duckduckgo is advertised as a private search engine meaning that it won't sell your personal identity to an advertising agency or to someone else. now the search giant behemoth buys out duckduckgo and guess what? they actually make it really hard for you to switch your default search engine on your android chrome browser. in fact, they also make the original URL of duckduckgo to be inaccessible. so if you enter duckduckgo.com what it shows you are the google redirect page as a google's way to say no you can't use other search engines other than ours.
now ladies and gentlemen, this kind of crap have been going on for decades now. 3 decades of monopoly google, amazon, facebook, and apple. not only they monopolize the market but they are also hurting this planet because they support oil mining. someone really needs to stop them or otherwise, it will be too late. just to show you how far have these tech companies have become, google now has the highest authority in the US. basically, if you do something that pisses them off then they can easily put you in prison by contacting the Whitehouse.
that's all for now, I hope you can learn something from this blog post
