Modern start menu has been a long request from windows users. The current start menu windows 10 have is just not modern looking. The overall flatness is just boring, too generic. Thankfully Microsoft aims to fix this problem by adding a much more modern UI to the start menu.
The new modern windows 10 start menu simply looked better, why? Well it's because Microsoft is finally getting rid of the same old flat program and folder icons and replacing them with much more beautiful icons. The new icons for the start menu have variety of colors and have a color depth to. Not only the program and folder of the start menu is getting a new make up but the start menu tiles also gets a redesign.
Instead of using live tiles/modern icons/a panel, the new live tile used both panel and a new fresh icons. It's basically a hybrid between a panel based tiles and an icon based tile. Microsoft also smoothen those sharp corners of the start menu tiles making it far more enjoyable to see.
Now no longer do we have to suffer from the damages that caused by those typical windows start menu tweaker, because here, Microsoft has now released a new UI for the start menu to get the job done.
